Coconut Cove

Spent 6 weeks and enjoyed our stay. House is convenient to activities and the neighborhood is very friendly. Coconut Cove was comfortable and met our needs.

Love Coconut Cove. It was perfect for our group and great location. It was great being able to get a discount on a golf cart that really helped out on getting around. The only thing that was not good was not being able to relax and watch TV in the evenings in the master bedroom. Never could get it to work but not that big of a deal. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and plenty of space for food storage. Will definitely book again with Glass Casa.

The house was clean and conveniently located to beach. The only issue we encountered was the lock on the front door that did not work well. We were able to work around that by leaving out of the side door.

We loved staying here, 2 adults, one 13 year old and two 19 year olds and a dog. The upstairs was great for privacy for older kids and they loved having their own deck. I loved yoga on the patio and the outdoor lighting was lovely around the deck. VERY quiet neighborhood, and we felt safe. Great location, great privacy, pools were fun--we preferred the heated one, beds and furniture were very comfy. Heather was receptive to many emails ahead of time since it was our first time here. Things to a note: Bring your own tupperware,spices and a few more cutting boards if you plan on cooking. We were enchanted with the home, and the area. Thank you Coconut Cove, we will be back.

Its in a great location, accurate on layout and some amenities. The property was clean and maintained. Customer service was good. They do need to fix the dryer, it does not dry and tears your clothes because the lent basket is broken. The trundle bed needs a new mattress and needs to be fixed. We did call about these things and some other small things. They said they would let the owners know. Beside those little things everything else was good.

We loved Emerald Shores. The walk to the beach was quick with a wagon to pull our kids/stuff. We booked a large umbrella early and were on the front beach line every day. I loved the beach entry with the option to buy drinks and snacks, and access to bathrooms. The house was great for our 11 family members. The location was great!

The house, location, and staff were all great. This was the first time we didn't stay on the beach in Destin, but this location was just a short walk away. It was great and we will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely wonderful vacation. The house was stunning and very well maintained. It was very spacious allowing us to have plenty of personal space. Loved the balcony and the king size beds were very comfortable. Tucked away nicely to enjoy our privacy yet within walking distance to the gulf. Neighborhood was pleasant and safe for our children. The pool was very well maintained and the beach is just outstanding. We will definitely be booking again next year.
