Beautiful unit. Modern and spacious. Great outdoor balcony furniture looking over the Gulf beachfront. Well outfitted kitchen and appliances. Bathrooms were modern. Bedrooms great. Perfect Location for walking on boardwalk and to restaurants and shopping.

Overall was great. Few small things needed. Vacuum in room was broke. No ice machine in lobby or outside elevator for coolers. No front counter service for questions. We had to call the rental company for questions & missing items.

Plenty of bellhop carts to load/unload luggage.
Clean elevators
Convenient Parking

Cons:
Hot water runs out way too fast.
Washing machine in unit didn't wash clothes well.
Floors could've been cleaner/mopped upon arrival.

This vacation rental was very nicely laid out. The living area was perfectly proportioned for everyone and nicely done. The living room and main bedroom had excellent views of the Gulf. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony, even though the temperature was cool, it felt nice out there. The bedrooms were really good sized with attached bathrooms
I would say this was a great place to stay with a management group that is available for any problem you might have.

We had a wonderful girls trip to Majestic Sun 1112B. The property was clean, well equipped and even larger than we anticipated. Majestic Sun is conveniently located across from the beach and the views were phenomenal. We spent much of our time on the large balcony and appreciated that the owners provided counter height furniture to maximize the view. The property management company was very helpful with any questions we had and made renting a golf cart fun and efficient. Would definitely rent this property again.

This condo was a great place for my family to spend an extended fall break! Everything was super clean and we loved the seclusion of being the last condo on the hall. Our only very minor complaint was the TVs did not have access to apps so we could login and watch movies on demand. Thanks for a great week in a beautiful condo! We hope to visit again very soon!

We stay at Majestic Sun every year in October. I have stayed in this condo before and loved it. The only complaint I have is that the dryer was not working very well and we had to run clothes twice to get dry. Otherwise, great stay as always.
*The white couch did have some kind of red juice stains and was not very clean but it's hard to keep white clean. Otherwise all great!

There were only two of us but we wanted plenty of space and a fantastic beach view - we got both. Balcony, kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful and spacious enough. Master and guest bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds but the king bed in the bunk room squeaked terribly. The couch was very uncomfortable and stained but we weren't there to sit inside and people simply not caring about property that wasn't theirs were to blame for all the stains. Sad. Everything else was spotless. The condo was very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery stores and right across the street from the beach - five minute walk. We visited during off season so the pool was rarely crowded and we didn't have an issue parking. I can imagine it gets packed during peak season though. Many luggage carts available in main entrance. Free daily activities were very appreciated. Staff forgot to set up golf cart rental but immediately refunded waiver fee after being notified. We would definitely stay again.

First trip to Destin all the way from tx and worth every bit of the drive . The room we stayed in was super clean,comfortable and roomy . The view from the patio was fabulous. The beds where very comfortable and the location was great having a beach bar on one side and a beach bar/grill on the other in walking distance. This place was awesome . Highly recommended

This unit far exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing. We had an awesome time and plan to return. We had absolutely no issues at all. Very clean, big, and was very comfortable. It was simple to book and pay, and when we checked in, the place was clean and the view was great. Exactly as expected. I must mention, though, one negative was a nasty smell over by building A for a few days. We were in building B, so only affected us when we would walk to the garage.

This felt like a brand new condo. Very clean and everything is updated. Beach and pool are easy to get to and there are 3 restaurants that we were able to walk to. We have young children and had no issues within the condo. We never heard a single noise from the neighboring unit, which included a night or two of a group of young guys who seemed to be there to have a good time. Check-in and check-out are very easy. Overall a great stay and we intend to look at this condo first on our next trip to Miramar.

Almost Perfect. The biggest turnoff is being told to bring your own garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, etc. And why can't the condo be fully stocked with these items? Does the rent not cover these inexpensive items? Amazing views, lovely decor, clean. Highly satisfied.

A wonderful experience from the beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath condo able to accommodate our 8 guests comfortably to the beautiful white sand beaches straight out from the balcony view. The room was very clean and new. The room was awesome! The parking not so much. We have a very small pull along and they wouldn't let us park it anywhere on their property. Even though the entire top of the parking garage with the empty! We had an issue for the first two days of our vacation they were giving us the runaround, then finally they let us park it underneath the building. At first they kept saying we had to rent a storage to put it in and of course all the storage lots were full. After much hassle for two days they finally came up with a solution. After that the vacation was perfect !!!

This Condo will not disappoint! It has THE BEST view of the ocean. It is beautifully decorated. It has a lot of closet space, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. A new Keurig and Ninja blender were added the week we arrived and they were great to have! We were drawn to this condo because each of the three bedrooms had their own bathroom to use. We were vacationing with our three kids and our mothers, so it was nice for our mothers to have their own room and bathroom. Plus my husband and I had a room with a king bed and triple bunks for the kids! It was a perfect fit. Having a washer and dryer inside the condo was a huge bonus! We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by each morning from the balcony. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We could easily find chairs by the pool. I appreciated the key lock gates, and wristbands. The beach is right at your feet! Pure white sand, and the bluest water! We did enjoy the beach chairs and umbrella that are provided in the condo. We did take advantage of the dolphin cruise, we chose the sunset cruise and it was fantastic! We enjoyed many local restaurants and activities. DestinPalms staff were extremely polite, helpful and easy to work with. Definitely download the DestinPalms App, it is full of useful information to make your vacation go as smoothly as possible. Great location to grocery and outlet malls. I would recommend this condo and I would stay her again without hesitation.

My family and I have been coming to Majestic Sun for the last 5 years. This condo has been the best one yet. Highly recommend. Beautifully decorated! Condo was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed +++. The laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer was a wonderful surprise too. We had a mixer stop working and it was replaced immediately. Rental app made check in easy and seamless especially for our 4 teenagers!

The unit was exactly as described. The check-in/out process was super simple, everything was great! Destin Palms offered a package that gives you 1 free event per day...that was mostly useless, but didn't hurt to have that as an option.

We booked early and enjoyed the property over the 4th of July. The property was in good condition and the staff was attentive to every need we had.
The view from the balcony was better than expected! We saw dolphins in the Gulf almost every day!
We were also able to enjoy the local restaurants. All are a bit pricy for seafood - but being on vacation we expected as much. Captain Dave's was outstanding! Locally caught grouper was awesome. Check out the Surf Hut too. It's a new place but sure to be a "must try" soon. We also checked out AJ's Seafood and Oyster Bar in Destin. Very nice place with great view of the harbor and good food!
I would highly recommend the unit to anybody with a big family. We had seven in our group and utilizing the sofa bed it worked out great.

This is a bright and sunny condo that was perfect for the eight of us. There was plenty of space and the layout was great. It was clean and had somewhat decently stocked kitchen.

We love that this is so close to anything you would want to do...restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The Surf Hut is 3-4 minutes down the road and is our favorite restaurant. It is worth checking out.

You won't be sorry if you book this condo!!

Brought my 17 year old son, his gf, my 2 best friends and one of their 15 yr old daughters to this large 3 bedroom/3bath condo on the 12th floor, corner unit with huge balcony overlooking the gorgeous sand and water! We were lucky to find this one at the last minute. Very spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. As a realtor, I'm spoiled and prefer granite counters and stainless appliances, but thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! We spent time on this beach, Seaside Village, Aly's Beach, and walking around the Emerald Grande, AJs area and all it has to offer. The prettiest beach was the one right beside the bridge near the Emerald Grande, omg, this wide beach with white sand that looked like snow was secluded! The beach at Majestic Sun was busy with spring breakers but fun to watch people from the balcony too. The Whales Tail was right across the street for an ocean side lunch. Mona from Destin Palm Vacations was so very helpful and friendly. I feel like I know her although never laid eyes on her...Great job MONA! She's a local and looks out for your interests! Thanks for the 2 free beach chairs and free wifi we got to use by booking with you! Will never forget this vacation! Viva Destin (and Miramar) Beach!

So glad that you enjoyed your stay! The owner's just purchased this unit and plan on doing a COMPLETE renovation on the condo this fall. Renovations will include stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. It won't look anything like it looks now and we are super excited to see the end results!
