Description Description
Tops'l Beach Manor 413 is an updated two-bedroom beach front vacation rental condo that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and the master bedroom. As you enter this beautiful condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and an elegantly decorated living room that leads to the private balcony where you can enjoy full views of the Gulf of Mexico. You can also access the balcony from the master bedroom, which also offers a luxurious king size bed and an adjoined master bath. The second bedroom offers two full size beds, and the living room offers a sleeper sofa. This wonderful beachfront condo can easily accommodate up to six guests, perfect for your next family vacation!

Tops'l Beach Manor offers several amenities that come with the rental, including a Gulf-side pool (seasonally heated) and a trolley service to Baytowne Wharf to enjoy shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and more! Also close by is Grand Boulevard with even more upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a movie or stroll through the Farmer's Market on Saturdays year-round.

*Please note per the HOA in March 2024, parking has changed from previous years and is in effect immediately. Moving forward all vehicles must park in the parking garage. The overflow lot belonging to The Tides outside of the garage is no longer available to Tops'l guests and vehicles will be towed that park there. The height of the garage is 6 feet 5 inches. The garage was designed almost 40 years ago before over-sized vehicles (larger SUV's, trucks, etc.) were popular. Even if a vehicle fits height wise, there is a sharp turn once inside the garage that may cause a problem for longer vehicles.

Great week!

Beautiful location but needs updating
Gorgeous view, wonderful balcony, nice overall layout of the unit with refreshing color scheme. Concerns: 1. Water pressure, in the bathrooms, was not adequate to take a bath; only a slow shower. 2. Couch desperately needs replacing. The material, off the couch, was dirty and felt oily and unclean.

Go to Tops'l nearly every year for quite some time. Check-in at security was very accommodating! Unit could have provided better utensils and cooking ware.Clean and comfortable. I'll probably try another unit with bigger balcony next year. The texts I received throughout and before stay were most helpful.

The experience and condo location is awesome. Only 1 thing will make us consider another unit......furniture. The couch is so bad it's like sitting on the floor. I think a nice smaller sectional might work for that space but that sofa has to go.

Wonderfully enjoyable vacation right on the beach. This condo was exactly as advertised but the view from our living room was understated. When I opened the door I was greeted by a full wall of windows overlooking the most beautiful stretch of the gulf I have ever seen! You cannot appreciate the Emerald Coast until you can view it from on high! Couple this with TOPS’L staff who exude unparalleled customer service and you’ve got a 10/10 vacation experience!! Our group was all over 60, one having mobility limitations- we could not have enjoyed the beach as much as we were able to without the help of the friendly beach staff! They happily helped us to and from our beach chairs/umbrellas everyday. Many heartfelt thanks to all who helped make our trip so enjoyable. I plan to visit again snd TOPS’L Beach Manor #413 will certainly be my destination!

Great family getaway!
This rental was a great place for a family getaway, plenty of room, clean and the most important- the view and location is breathtaking! Only suggestions- larger couch or another loveseat in LR for more comfy seating at night, hooks to hang wet towels/swimsuits, more seating on balcony. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an awesome time!

The condo is outstanding. Beautifully decorated, great views and plenty of kitchen items. The only thing may be to remove love seat and add a full size couch. Love the condo building with garage parking and the best part was the pool and outside patio bar.
