Forever Young is sure to please. If you are looking for the perfect all-around beach experience, look no further! This three bedroom two and a half bath town home has been decorated with an elegant coastal vibe. The modern kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances, a gas cook top, and is stocked with everything you need to create a great meal. The open concept dining and living room have 10 foot ceilings, with plenty of windows allowing for natural light. The dining table seats seven and there are additional bar stools at the over sized kitchen island. Appreciate the huge flat screen TV as you relax in the comfortable living room. If you're not in the mood for TV, try your luck at a game of poker! A poker table top, chips and cards are available for your enjoyment along with other family games. For your convenience of a full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry room is provided on the first floor along with a powder room. The back deck offers scenic views of the development's green space with comfortable chairs for seating.
Make your way to the second floor and find three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite offers a king sized bed, reading chair, a flat screen HD TV, and an expansive closet. The private master bathroom has double vanities and a large walk in tiled shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed and flat screen TV. The bunk room offers two sets of twin bunk beds. Enjoy watching TV or playing a game on the Atari game station. These two rooms share a guest bath which includes a tub/shower combo.
Also included is a six seater golf cart, beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas. There is no grill at the town home. The community grills are on the pool deck.
The Prominence community provides a complimentary beach shuttle service. It is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 9am-3pm CST. Take the shuttle to the beach, or rent a bike and explore the 30A bike path that stretches 17 miles and meanders through the unique beach communities. There is always something to do at Prominence!
Prominence Beach Access Points
Beach Access to the West:
Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the most popular and the closest beach access to Prominence and is located 0.5 miles away. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access and a fee of about $3 for parking. Bathrooms are available at the access. The walk from parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and short distance to the beach.
Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is a Walton County beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. **This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access.
**If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Beach Access to the East:
Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 0.5 miles to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Parking is not available, but makes for a great bike ride to the beach.
Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower.
Guests must be 25 years old to book this town home.
